Buckhead Transportation LLC provides nationwide vehicle shipping services across the United States. We offer both open and enclosed vehicle transport options to accommodate various needs, including standard, classic, and vintage vehicles.
Requesting a Quote: To receive an accurate quote for your vehicle shipment, please contact us via phone or email, or use our online quote request form. Provide details such as vehicle make and model, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred transport options.
Booking Your Shipment: Once you accept the quote, we will schedule a convenient pickup time and location for your vehicle. A confirmation email with details of your booking will be sent to you.
Vehicle Preparation: Please ensure that your vehicle is in good running condition, with no more than a half tank of fuel. Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle as our carriers are not insured to transport personal items.
Pickup and Delivery: Our team will arrange for a carrier to pick up your vehicle at the agreed time. We offer door-to-door service when accessible; otherwise, we will coordinate a nearby pickup or delivery point.
Inspection and Documentation: Upon pickup, our driver will inspect your vehicle and complete a condition report. Any pre-existing damage should be noted to avoid any disputes upon delivery.
Insurance Coverage: Buckhead Transportation LLC ensures that all carriers we work with have comprehensive insurance coverage, including cargo insurance ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 per load and public liability coverage of at least $750,000.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount covered by the carrier’s insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to issues such as leaking fluids or unsecured antennas.
Claims: In the event of damage, report it immediately to the driver and document it on the condition report. Claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery.
Pricing: Our quotes are based on various factors including distance, vehicle size, and transport type. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, driver availability, and other variables.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check. Payment is required upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and may incur a non-refundable cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your pickup or delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling fees may apply if the vehicle is not ready or if access is restricted.
Delays: While we strive to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Non-Operational Vehicles: Vehicles that are not operational at the time of pickup will incur an additional fee. Ensure that your vehicle is in good working order to avoid extra charges.
Personal Items: Carriers are not insured to transport personal belongings. Items left in the vehicle should be minimal and securely packed.
